The Koukla Mare studios are hidden among olive groves and lush greenery, in a beautiful area. The beach of the same name is a part of the Gulf of Lagana, a place where you will find the best beaches of the island with a soft sand and turquoise, peaceful waters. The word koukla in Greek means doll, and is usually associated with beautiful things. You will understand completely the meaning when you get to see our studios and their stunning location. These unbelievable beaches are also home of the endangered Caretta Caretta turtles, a retreat they use for nesting their eggs. The area of Lagana is also known for her lively nightlife. Our studios are right next to the beach, at only 30m from it, and from them you will be able to enjoy stunning views of the Turtle Island, also called Marathonisi. This small islet is accessible thanks to the frequent boat trips that will take you to it to enjoy its beauty and amazing wildlife, included the turtles. Our complex offers you 14 comfortable studios and one spacious apartment. The studios can accommodate 2 to 4 persons and are equipped with 2 single beds, a kitchen with fridge, oven and coffee machine and a bathroom with shower and WC. The apartment, ideal for families, accommodates from 4 to 5 persons. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two singles. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle and fridge and the bathroom with a WC and shower. Each unit has air conditioning, safe boxes and spacious balconies with great furnitures, and stunning views of the garden and the surrounding landscape, as well as of the infinite Ionian Sea.
